Product Description

The 3M Surface Conditioning Belts are built for high-pressure use on hardwoods, carbon steel, and tool steels.

Build

These belts use a ceramic abrasive grain that is extremely durable and lasts longer than aluminum oxide belts.

Built with a heavyweight polyester cloth backing that can support high pressure and is water resistant.

Excellent for cutting efficiency in high-pressure applications.

Suitable for sanding metal and wood!

Storage

Store in a moisture controlled area that stays between 16°C and 27°C for longest product life.

  • Coated Abrasives: A coated abrasive is an assembly of abrasive grains fixed with an adhesive to a backing material such as resin, rubber, polyester, paper, or cloth.
  • Abrasive Belt: Abrasives built in a continuous loop used to achieve smooth and consistent finishes. Very economical choice and durable.
