Product Description
The GE SCS 1000 Contractors Silicone Sealant is built as a one-component acetoxy cure silicone that provides excellent bonding.
Build
This silicone is a general purpose sealant for glazing applications to glass and painted metal surfaces as well as many other common substrates.
Useful as a formed-in-place rubber gasket seal on a variety of materials and for sealing such items as sheet metal, skylights, HVAC componentry, glass block, metal signs and marine hardware.
Has joint movement capability of +/- 25% (ASTM C719)!
- Kitchen & Bath Sealants: Sealants that contain mold and mildew inhibitors and are excellent for use in areas that are subject to moisture and water exposure.
- Silicone: Sealants built to remain flexible without peeling, cracking or distorting and are excellent for use in areas that are prone to a lot of movement.
