- "SJS" (Super Joint System) prevents kickback during wheel lock up for optimal tool and operator protection
- Electronic current limiter protects motor from accidental overload
- Thumb switch conveniently located for operator comfort
- Removable side handle can be mounted on left or right side of tool
- Tool-less wheel guard adjustment
- Active Feedback sensing Technology (AFT) automatically shuts down the tool if there is a sudden drop in rotation speed (e.g. kick-back)
- Anti-restart feature prevents accidental start up of tool during battery changing when switch is locked in the on position
- Soft start feature gradually increases speed to eliminate start up shock
