The Milwaukee M18™ FUEL™ 1-9/16" SDS Max Hammer Drill is built to drill as fast as an equivalent corded version, while providing over 20 minutes of continuous chipping per charge.
Power
The POWERSTATE™ brushless motor makes M18™ FUEL™ drills last longer and gives them the ability to be built smaller.
This hammer drill's motor delivers 5ft./lbs of torque: 0-450 RPM & 0-3,000 BPM providing the power needed for dry coring and medium-duty chipping of concrete blocks and reinforced concrete.
Driven by an M18 REDLITHIUM™ HIGH DEMAND™ 9.0 battery pack which provides a 35% more drive, 60% cooler operation and a charge time up to 5X longer then other lithium ion batteries.
Build
The M18™ FUEL™ System is comprised of:
- a POWERSTATE™ brushless motor in the drill
- M18™ REDLITHIUM™ battery packs,
- and REDLINK PLUS™ hardware and software built into the tool, batteries and chargers.
This advanced internal communication system links the tools, batteries and chargers together in making automatic power adjustments to ensure all components don't overload or overheat.
