Product Description
The Skilsaw Sidewinder Circular Saw is built lightweight, compact and to make true cuts.
Build
Although shorter and lighter than worm drive circular saws, this makes it possible to cut a wide variety of materials and is especially good for use overhead.
Blade is on the right making it easier to handle the tool.
Only 8.6 lbs. and has a 10’ cord.
Made with magnesium guards, resin housing and aluminum foot plate.
Power
Uses a sidewinder motor to deliver 5,300 RPM and maximum power to the saw. The motor is to the side of the blade making the tool compact.
15 Amp Dual-Field™ Motor stays 40% cooler than regular motors.
Cutting
2 – 7/16 inch Max cut at 90 degrees.
1 – 7/8 inch Max cut at 45 degrees.
1 – 1/2 inch Max cut at 56 degrees.
Included with this saw are the following:
- (1) 24-tooth Diablo™ Carbide Blade
- (1) Multi-function wrench (stored in foot)
