Drilling
This drill is specially built with a compact head length, which is ideal for drilling and driving in tight places.
The auto-lock 1/2" ratcheting chuck ensures maximum range of applications from drilling to driving.
There is a high-performance motor that produces best-in-class torque to complete demanding applications and increases performance, longer life, and higher stall torque.
Build
The drill is built with an all metal gearbox for maximum durability and increased performance.
This tool has superior ergonomics with its slim, soft grip for or maximum comfort and control.
It also has durashield housing for longer life.
There is an integrated LED work light that illuminates dim or dark work areas.
Battery
Bosch built this drill with Electronic Motor Protection™ (EMP) and Electronic Cell Protection™ (ECP) intelligent electronics. EMP and ECP protect the tool and batteries from overload, overheating, and self-discharge.
