The UCAN Hollow Wall Anchor is a light-duty screw-type expansion anchor, which is specifically built for fastening to cavity walls made of drywall, plaster, or wallboard.
Once installed, the anchor creates a bearing surface with its expanded arms, which guarantees a secure and reliable fixture.
This anchor comes with a combination head for both Robertson (square) socket and slot screwdrivers. It's also available in 1/8" size as a drive type and does not require a predrilled hole.
This tool eliminates the need to expand the anchor with a screwdriver and halves the installation time.
The following features come with this anchor:
- One-piece unit for fast installation
- Can be installed with a hollow wall anchor installation tool or a screwdriver
- Requires a 7/16" pilot hole to be drilled before install
The MWA installation tool is available for easy one-step expansion of the anchor.
