The 3M EPX™ Plus II Applicator is built to evenly dispense duo-pak adhesives in mix ratios of 1:1/2:1, and 10:1.
Build
When this applicator is used with the 3M EPX™ 9171 Applicator Mixing Nozzle 12 Pack you can simultaneously mix, measure, and apply 2 part adhesives easily and precisely.
This applicator comes with two plungers that can apply pressure to create a mixed ratio of 1:1/2:1 or 10:1 depending on the adhesive being used with this tool.
The handle is made out of durable plastic and the internal ratcheting mechanism is made out of metal. The plungers are easy to insert and the gun makes smooth, graduated movements as you press the trigger.
Excellent for getting precise results while minimizing wasted adhesive!
Safety
Insert adhesive container with the label facing upwards to get the proper component ratios.
How to Use
- Insert appropriate plunger
- Load adhesive duo-pak cartridge
- Dispense and discard a small amount of adhesive to assure correct ratio
- Cut desired bead size on mixing nozzle
- Attach mixing nozzle
- Apply adhesive
Clean-Up
Clean this tool with the appropriate solvent for the adhesive being used.
