Manage Buylists

Follow these steps to access your Buylists:

• Log into your online account, or create a new account (see ????)
  • If on "My Account" page:
    • In "Online Store Info" section, select "My Buylists"
  • If on any other page:
    • In "Header" section, select Buylist ICON (three vertical lines)
• Wait for the "My Buylists" page to display

Sections of My Buylist:

• List of Buylists (Center Area)
  • Columns (left to right)
    • Buylist product count
    • Buylist name
      • This name is a link to the Buylist details
    • Default Buylist toggle
      • If link is "Set as Default", selecting link will make the Buylist the default Buylist
      • Your default Buylist will dictate what buylist products are added to when the "Add to Buylist" button is selected
    • Sales representative edit permission toggle
      • If toggle position displays an "X", your sales representative can not edit your Buylist
      • If toggle position displays a "✓", your sales representative can edit your Buylist
    • Add all the cart button
    • Delete Buylist button
• Create New Buylist (Right Menu)
  • Buylist name forum
  • Sales representative edit permission toggle
  • Save button

Creating a new Buylist

Follow these steps to create new Buylists:

• Follow above steps to get to your Buylists
• In "Create New Buylist" section:
  • Enter desired name in open forum
  • Toggle sales representative edit permission
    • Checking the box will allow your sales representative to edit your new buylist
    • Unchecking (by default) the box will not allow your sales representative to edit your buylist
• Select the "SAVE" button
• Wait for the "My Buylists" page to reload

Note: after you create a new Buylist our system will email you with a link to your Buylist.

Edit a Buylist

Follow these steps to edit a single Buylist:

• Follow above steps to get to your Buylists
• In your list of Buylists, select the Buylists' name
• Wait for the Buylist page to display

Key buttons of the Edit Buylist page:

• Sort Products (Right Menu)
  • Sort the product for this current session.
• Add All to Cart (Right Menu)
  • Adds the entire Buylist to your cart

Add product to Buylist:

• In the "Add Products to This Buylist" section (Center Area):
  • In the "Search and select product" forum, enter product name, keyword, or part number
    • Select product from auto-fill list
    • Repeat steps until all desired products are within forum
    • If a product entry is no longer required:
      • Beside the product name, select the "X"
  • Beside the "Search and select product" forum, select the "ADD" button
• Wait for the Buylist page to reload

Re-Order Products in Buylist:

• In the "Product List" section (Center & Right Area):
  • Beside the "Product Details", in the Right Menu Area
    
    • Beside the the letters "Pos", select the dropdown list
    • Choose the desired position number
• Wait for the Buylist page to reload

Change Quantity in Buylist:

Note: Quantity will dictate how many of the product will be added to cart when "Add to Cart" or "Add All to Cart" is select

• In the "Product List" section (Center & Right Area):
  • Beside the "Product Details", in the Right Menu Area
    
    • Beside the the letters "Qty", in the forum box with a default number in it
    • Enter desired number
    • Select any non-button or non-link area outside the forum box
• Wait for the Buylist page to reload
